Refund policy

We always strive to provide products that you will love, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

We’ll refund the full amount using the original payment method, with return shipping costs deducted from the refund unless a defect is found in the product, in which case the return process will be free. We ask that all returned items are clean, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exceptions to Returns and Refunds:
Please note that customized or special orders are not eligible for return or exchange. We highly recommend ensuring all details for such orders are accurate before finalizing your purchase.

It may take up to 7 business days to receive and process your return. We expect to complete the refund process within 7 days after receiving the returned parcel. You will receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your returned items and initiated the refund process.

Responsibility for Returned Items:
Please keep your return receipt until the items reach us. Returned products are your responsibility until they arrive at our stores or warehouse, so please ensure they are securely packaged. Make sure you are satisfied with the products before removing any labels, as we cannot accept returns for items without tags or those that show clear signs of wear. All returned items will be inspected, and any unsuitable items will be sent back to you.
